A full-body jamu massage paired with traditional belly binding — built to support your body through the physical and emotional swings of the fourth trimester, one session at a time.
Pregnancy and birth ask a great deal of your body: hormonal shifts, weight gain, and changes in blood volume and circulation that don’t simply reverse the moment your baby arrives. A good post-natal massage helps by improving blood and oxygen flow to tired muscles, supporting your body’s own process of clearing what it no longer needs.
Then there’s the newborn stage itself — broken sleep, round-the-clock feeds, and a body that’s asked to recover while barely resting. Regular massage supports both the physical recovery and the mental load that comes with it, and many mothers also notice it helps with the fine lines and tiredness that show up after weeks of disrupted sleep.
Jamu massage is traditionally done in two parts — the massage itself, and the bengkung perut, the cloth binding that follows it. Each plays a different role in your recovery.
A full-body massage (breasts are avoided if you’re breastfeeding), using jamu herbs, oils and mixtures unique to the region to ease muscle and joint aches, support circulation, and help the body release built-up water retention.
After the massage, your stomach is wrapped fairly tightly with a long cloth or girdle. This binding supports your abdominal muscles as they work to regain their shape, and is a key reason many mothers notice a firmer waistline through the course of a package.

It’s wrapped firmly enough to give your abdominal muscles proper support, but it should never feel painful. Your therapist will always adjust it to your comfort.
Most mothers today take a 7–10 day package of daily sessions, though longer packages are available. We’ll help you choose a length that fits your recovery and goals.
Not at all. The massage avoids the breast area for breastfeeding mothers, and many mothers find it supports easier milk flow alongside their feeding routine.
